How to print the contents of a folder using DOS

DOS PROMPT:
click on START then RUN then type CMD
Type "command" or "cmd" (depends on Operating System)

Want to print a directory? (folder)

Go to the directory that you want to print
cd c:\directory....

Type "dir > list.txt"

or to include all subdirectories?
Type " dir /s > list.txt "
