desktop: how to take a picture of anything on your desktop.
1) press and hold down the control key (bottom left of keyboard)
2) press the "print screen" key (upper right) - stop pressing and
3) click on the START button (lower left)
4) click on "programs files"
5) click on "accessories"
6) click on "paint" (or paint brush)
7) now click on EDIT and PASTE
if prompted, say "yes" to expand to fit the huge size of the picture
8) now FILE and SAVE AS (example: c:\my pictures\desktop feb 25.bmp )
call the file "desktop - dated.bmp" (fill in the date)
9) close paint
10) now you can send the picture as an attachment.
