qttask and directcd
both seem to run constantly - how do you get rid of them?
a) task manager
if running, try to stop them here first
b) regedit
hklm/software/microsoft/windows/currentversion/run/
delete the keys qtask and directcd (adaptec?)
c) c:\program files\quicktime
rename qttask.exe 2qttask.exe\
d) msconfig
uncheck qttask and directcd
e) reboot
