You have to be careful what you wish for!
Especially when everyone calls on the same day...
I pride myself on quick response to emergencies.
Both for new customers, and for my loyal customers.
And while I prefer to fix computers at your house
(especially when you make that great fresh coffee!)
Here is another idea:
If you can still get online:
Then I can remotely log in from my house and fix your computer.
This would save me travel time, which amounts to an hour or more.
So, here's the deal:
I will fix your computer for a flat fee of $140 (two hours charge)
even if the problem takes longer (most likely 3-4 hours). Instead
of cash or a cheque, you'll need a credit card - which is entered
online using one of my safe computers. Please note, you still need
to be near your computer and near the phone for that time.
2) Advertising YOUR services
I've found the best way to get my name out there is to spread the
good word about YOUR business.
On my home page, I've listed the businesses of all of my clients.
I've created Face Book pages and Twitter links.
